ELIM Retreat Ministries is devoted to caring for the lives of global workers. ELIM offers six day retreats for local church leadership and missionaries for rest, recovery, reflection, recreation and renewal.

HENRY & DIANE STEWART

As a result of years as local church pastoral leaders and as servants to Global Workers as missionaries with Barnabas International, Henry and Diane launched ELIM Retreats under its own banner in 2025. The hope and prayer of each Retreat is the renewal and recovery in the lives of Christian workers. ELIM Retreats welcomes missionaries working state-side or cross-culturally, state-side pastoral leadership and spouses, denominational and agency leadership. One key theme is explored in each ELIM retreat: “Finding Christ’s Rest in the Midst of Stress”.

Some of our core values include:

• Securing safe, well-appointed and private retreat facilities in gorgeous natural settings
• Providing retreats in which Christian workers can truly be “off”
• Low key, intentional times of rest, recreation, learning, worship, and prayer and solitude.
• Partnership with local churches in providing this ministry.
• Reliance upon sound doctrine, the Word of God, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for this ministry.
